Hari is a ki-based form of Traditional Japanese Meridian Therapy (keiraku-chiryo).  Hari uses subtle diagnostic and needling techniques to balance ki flow in the body leading to subtle, yet powerful, changes in the patient’s system by bringing the primary channels into balance.

This seminar will focus on expanding root treatment to include branch treatment, with emphasis on the selection of extraordinary vessel combinations and symptomatic treatment styles used by Hari practitioners. Participants will learn the Miyawaki-style abdominal map for selecting extraordinary vessels, as well as how to pair abdominal diagnosis with magnets, copper and zinc pellets, and moxibustion to achieve powerful symptomatic relief. Participants will also explore various additional branch techniques including touch diagnosis to determine correct needling technique, sanshin, retaining needle, Shudo-style Super Rotation Technique (SRT), and branch treatments utilizing teishin, enshin, and zanshin. Dr. Truitt will also demonstrate various moxibustion techniques for branch treatments.
