Ki Breathing Exercises

These Ki Breathing Exercises  were inspired by Master Oki, a Japanese yoga master and the founder of Oki-Do Yoga, and further developed by our teacher T. Koei Kuwahara. These exercises are designed to settle and cultivate the ki. It is recommended that Hari practitioners do this set along with meditation or chanting each morning.
