Gretchen practices Hari Style Traditional Japanese Acupuncture in her private clinic in Jacksonville, FL.  She has studied with T. Koei Kuwahara sensei for over 10 years, honing her skills as a practitioner of Hari Traditional Japanese Acupuncture.  The gentle needle techniques and hands on diagnostic methods of this style provide a deep awareness of the energetic body and imbalances that are present in body, mind and spirit and give the practitioner the ability to provide treatment in a highly individualized and responsive manner caring for the unique patterns of disharmony presenting in each patient at the time of treatment.

In addition to Hari Style acupuncture treatments, Gretchen provides comprehensive care with Kampo Herbal Medicine and bodywork from the traditions of Shiatsu, Tui Na and Sotai Therapy.

It is her passion and priority to help people tap into their innate ability to heal with gentle guidance and treatment.
