My practice is predominantly Japanese Acupuncture in the Hari style along with Medical Qi Gong. Having a background in western medicine, nutrition, Meditation, yoga and herbal medicine I believe in helping my clients find a lifestyle that is sustainable and healthy for body, mind and spirit.
Sensei Koi Kuwahara , Cameron Bishop AP and Yanagishta Sensei are my main influences in Japanese Acupuncture. In addition, Medical Qi Gong teachers Master Oui and Paul Fraser AP have shown me a wonderful healing modality.
And finally my Guru Amma, the “hugging saint “ always guides me in all aspects of my life.
