Tracy received her Masters in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (MAOM) from the New England School of Acupuncture in Massachusetts. She studied both Chinese and Japanese acupuncture styles of acupuncture (kieraku chiryo) as well as Chinese herbal medicine. Since then, she continues to study Japanese styles of acupuncture ,moxibustion, herbal medicine and bodywork. She completed a post-graduate training in Classical Chinese herbalism through the Institute for Classics in East Asian Medicine (ICEAM). Tracy has been a faculty member at the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine for 10 years where she teaches a course in Japanese styles of acupuncture and moxibustion. She has been practicing in Portland, OR for 14 years.
I am interested in providing support and creative energy for an organization that promotes a style of traditional medicine that I am very passionate about. I appreciate the mission of HDHS and all the work that has been accomplished thus far. I am grateful for the opportunity to be a part of keeping that momentum going while looking into the future for new ways to expand the mission in an enthusiastic, collaborative and collegial manner.
